Complete the hot lunch order form sent home from school. Please include the grade and room for each child. Place an X in the box to indicate the days your child/children will be ordering hot lunch. MENU SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF GOVERNMENT COMMODITY. Optional buffet will be offered on Fridays for Grades 7, 8, faculty and staff. Please place an X in the appropriate Friday box to indicate if you are ordering the regular lunch or the buffet.

Put the order form with your payment in an envelope with your child's name on the envelope and return it to your child's homeroom teacher. Please make your check payable to ST. CHARLES CAFETERIA.

The order form is due on Monday for lunches for the following week. No late orders will be accepted. If your child is absent on Monday, you may call the cafeteria (484-3651) before 12:00 Monday to place the hot lunch order. Send the envelope with your child as soon as possible.

Student lunch: $1.75 (If a child requests two lunches for one day, the cost for the second lunch is $2.25).
